Gotland
In the medieval town of Visby on the Island of Gotland in the middle of the Baltic Sea there will be a Medieval festival beginning week 32 (i.e. 8 - 15 of August). It's a whole week with theater, medieval market, knights and of cause crossbows. In the week it will be at least three different crossbow competitions (medieval style).
It can be hard to find rooming in Visby this week but if you start looking now you can find some.
